Waterloo is a delicious brie like cheese made from Guernsey cows milk by Village Maid Cheese in Berkshire. Made using a washed curd method, Waterloo is soft and buttery with a gentle flavour. The high carotene content of the milk gives Waterloo a delightful yellow interior.
