Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese
A local favourite in Dorset, Blue Vinny is made at Woodbridge Farm near Sturminster Newton by Mike Davies, one of Rick Steins original Food Heroes. A slightly crumbly salty blue cheese made in 6kg truckles, the cheese is made in small batches from hand skimmed milk.
