Societe Roquefort
One of the Worlds best known blue cheeses. Produced in South-West France and aged in the caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, this cheese is white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist, with distinctive veins of green mould.
Available as a 1.5kg approx. half moon
